How to personalize your case
- Select your phone model, case finish and preferred collage.
- Open the designer and add your own PNG or JPG pet photos. Use a clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face fully visible.
- Adjust the available photo, text and sticker controls for your selected design. Check the layout and camera area in the final preview.
- Confirm your design, then use the product page's add-to-cart button. Your saved artwork is associated with the personalized case.

How many photos do I need?
The number of photo slots depends on your chosen collage. Open the designer to see the required slots and fill them before confirming your layout.
Can I use cat or dog photos?
Yes. Upload your own cat, dog or other pet photos in PNG or JPG format. The examples on this page show sample pets for illustration.
Can I preview my case before ordering?
Yes. Personalize the collage and review your preview in the designer before confirming it and adding the case to your cart. Check that you selected the correct phone model and finish.
How is my case produced and shipped?
Your case is made to order and shipped from China. Production and delivery are separate stages. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
What if my personalized case arrives damaged or has a production issue?
